The new innovative development of Doroti Pack Kft. is the automatic product loading robot for DorPack thermoforming packaging machines and other types of thermoformer and tray-sealer machines. Applying a loading robot in the food industry is productive, fast and a cost-effective solution for new and emerging needs in the food industry!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manufacturer companies could increase the production capacity while reducing the production costs with the possibility of automatic product loading into the thermoformer. Quattro and Scara   robots are ideal for both food and pharmaceutical use as well.<\/p>\n

The product gripper which is mounted on the robot arm has been developed by our engineers to ensure the best quality and compatibility between the thermoformer packaging machines and the products.<\/p>\n

The gripper and other components are in direct contact with the food. This was the main aspect to meet all the hygienic requirements set by the food industry.<\/p>\n

The position and shape of each products arriving on the conveyor belt must be recognized with the highest achievable accuracy ensured by a camera module which is mounted on the structure of the robot. The result of development is that the products to be packed could be placed precisely into the thermoformed trays made by the packaging machine, in accordance with hygienic requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
